Music makes the workout happen; it is the beat we are keeping or the encouragement our client needs to push through one more round.

More and more studies are finding that structured group nutrition coaching and programming over self-help is more effective in achieving weight loss goals. In a study published in JAMA (The Journal of the American Medical Association), group nutrition coaching participants lost over three times more weight than those in the self-help group.
