- USPS MEDIA MAIL Delivery: Rates determined based on your address. Allow 7-10 BUSINESS days for delivery
(NO Tracking Number will be provided)
- UPS Ground Delivery: Rates determined based on your address. Allow 3-6 BUSINESS days for delivery
(UPS available for continental US only. Delivery to non US continental states will be via USPS delivery only, NO PO BOX deliveries via UPS)

It is our mission at FiTOUR® to provide you with excellent customer service and quality products. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return your order for a full refund. TO RETURN FOR REFUND READ THE BELOW RETURN POLICY
RETURN FOR REFUND POLICY: Product(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the order to receive a full product refund. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED FOR REFUND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER OR A SUPPORT TICKET MUST BE SUBMITTED ASKING FOR RETURN FOR REFUND WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ORDER. MERCHANDISE ARRIVING AFTER 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER OR SUPPORT TICKETS RECEIVED AFTER 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE OF ORDER WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR FiTOUR® STORE CREDIT ONLY. All items must be returned in the original packing box and in resalable condition. Books are not refundable unless they are damag d upon delivery. Certification and CEC exams and study manuals are non-refundable once the exam has been taken. Shipping charges are not refundable. Note: All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Upon receipt of the return request, you will be issued a credit or an exchange based on your request. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
