Thank you for your order with FiTOUR®! You can find your order number and details by visiting your Order History page in your account with FiTOUR®. Please refer to the Order number if you have any questions regarding this order.

A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you submitted at the time of registration, and is also available on your My Account pages under the Orders tab.

FiTOUR® Online Exam & Online Study Materials Information:

Online Study Materials: With purchase of a FiTOUR® certification with online study materials or FiTOUR® ACE, AFAA or NASM cec course with online study materials, you automatically receive access to the online study materials (online manual and online video). You may login to your account with FiTOUR® at any time to view & access the online manual and online video  My Account > Study Center 

Online Exams: With purchased of a FiTOUR® certification or FiTOUR® ACE, AFAA or NASM cec course your exam is automatically available for you to access when you are ready. Visit your My Account > Exam Center to view the exams available for you to take.  We encourage registrants to complete the course within 90 days of registration if possible. It is our mission at FiTOUR® to provide you with excellent customer service and quality products. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return your order for a full refund. TO RETURN FOR REFUND READ THE RETURN POLICY BELOW:

RETURN FOR REFUND POLICY: Product(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the order to receive a full product refund. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED FOR REFUND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER OR A SUPPORT TICKET MUST BE SUBMITTED ASKED FOR RETURN FOR REFUND WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ORDER. MERCHANDISE ARRIVING AFTER 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER OR SUPPORT TICKETS RECEIVED AFTER 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE OF ORDER WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR FiTOUR® STORE CREDIT ONLY. All items must be returned in the original packing box and in resalable condition. Books and Videos are not refundable unless they are damaged upon delivery. Certification and CEC exams and study manuals are non-refundable once the exam has been taken. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Refund/Exchange
Please follow the EZ Refund/Exchange System below:

1. Visit www.FiTOUR.com and click the My Account link
2. View your order history and click the link titled Request Refund
3. Print the shipping label if there are products to return via mail

Upon receipt of the return request, you will be issued a credit or an exchange based on your request. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
**Refund/exchange requests that do not follow this procedure are not eligible for refund/exchange.
