I returned an order and have not yet seen a credit appear on the credit card statement. What should I do?

Once you have contacted Fitour regarding return for refund and a request for refund has been issued for your order, Credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.  If you have NOT contacted Fitour regarding setting up a request for refund, please submit a support ticket through you account with Fitour by clicking on "support ticket" to submit your inquirey.   Please include the Order ID# for the order you are wanting to return for refund.

I received the wrong study manual. What should I do?

FiTOUR study manuals are Double Sided. Before you assume that you have received the incorrect study manual, please flip the book over and make sure that the correct manual is part of the FiTOUR Double Sided Manual. If you have confirmed that the study manual is not a FiTOUR Double Book, please contact us via our online support system and we will schedule an order that will include the correct manual be sent to you immediately.

I received a FiTOUR Double Book. Do I have to complete both courses?

No, you must complete only the course that you have registered for/purchased.  If you wish to purchase the Certification EXAM for the study materials you received / included with the double sided study manual, you can purchase the Certification Exam for $49.99 at www.fitour.com/save

I have not received my order and it has been over seven business days. What should I do?

Please submit an inquiry via our online support system that includes the order ID number for the order in question. We will track the shipment and determine the cause of the delay. Once the cause is determined, we will take the appropriate action and issue a replacement immediately if necessary.

How do I receive a refund for an order placed at www.FiTOUR.com?

RETURN FOR REFUND POLICY:  Product(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the order to receive a full product refund. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED FOR REFUND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER OR A SUPPORT TICKET MUST BE SUBMITTED ASKING FOR RETURN FOR REFUND WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ORDER.  MERCHANDISE ARRIVING AFTER 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER  OR SUPPORT TICKETS NOT RECEIVED AFTER 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE OF ORDER WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR FiTOUR® STORE CREDIT ONLY.  All study manual must be returned in the original packing box and in resalable condition. Certification, Practice, Retests and CEC exams and study manuals are non-refundable once the exam has been taken. Shipping charges are not refundable.

  3. At bottom of this page:  To request a refund, please visit the Refunds page and follow the instructions on that page.

Upon receipt of the return request, you will be issued a credit or an exchange based on your request. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.

**Refund/exchange requests that do not follow this procedure are not eligible for refund/exchange.
