I returned an order and have not yet seen a credit appear on the credit card statement. What should I do?

If the merchandise is received within 10 days of receipt of the order, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the order. Merchandise received after this time period are eligible for store credit only. If the order has been returned within the time period required for a refund, please submit an inquiry that includes the order number and we will determine the cause of the delay.

I received the wrong study material. What should I do?

FiTOUR has designed an innovative form of study material we refer to as the FiTOUR Double Book. Before you assume that you have received the incorrect study material, please flip the book over and make sure that the book is not a FiTOUR Double Book. If you have confirmed that the study material is not a FiTOUR Double Book, please contact us via our online support system and we will schedule an order that will include the correct material immediately.

I received a FiTOUR Double Book. Do I have to complete both courses?

No, you must complete only the course(s) that you have registered for. If you wish to register for the other course(s) that may be included with the book, please follow the directions in the middle of the book that divide the two content areas.

I have not received my order and it has been over seven business days. What should I do?

Please submit an inquiry via our online support system that includes the order number for the order in question. We will track the shipment and determine the cause of the delay. Once the cause is determined, we will take the appropriate action and issue a replacement immediately if necessary.

How do I receive a refund for an order placed at

In-Home Option: Product(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the order to receive a full product refund. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED FOR REFUND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER. MERCHANDISE ARRIVING AFTER 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR FiTOUR® STORE CREDIT ONLY. All items must be returned in the original packing box and in resalable condition. Books and Videos are not refundable unless they are damaged upon delivery. Certification and CEC exams and study manuals are non-refundable once the exam has been taken. Shipping charges are not refundable. Note: All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
