Claudia Coelho

My name Claudia Coelho I am 48 years old originally from Rio Brazil. I have three grown kids. 
Athleticism has always been part of who I am, I grew up involved in the art of Dance, Jazz, Tap, Modern Dance, Afro Dance, Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and later on swimming. I became a lifeguard at beaches of Rio Brazil, been fit was not a choice.
Today I am a Lead-Guard at CALTECH ( California Institute of Technology), Water Aerobic Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor, Swim Instructor and Group Excercise Instructor.
I have my own business as a certified Doula and postpartum Doula.
I simply love helping individuals to find their own natural abilities, I call  "Gifts", achieving greater health body and mind.
