Aaron Cobb

Aaron Cobb grew up on the East Coast in Virginia and has lived in Michigan for over twenty years. He is the owner of Grand Rapids Fitness and Cobb Nutrition, and has been a personal trainer for over 10 years. After serving in the army for 6 years, Aaron became a corrections officer. He says that he became a "gym rat" during that time in his life and found that people started asking him for advice about how to eat and exercise. He discovered a passion for teaching while working as a tactical weapons instructor , after finding himself looking for a new career, he found that becoming a personal trainer was the perfect way to merge the two things he liked.
