About Joyce
With over 30 years of personal training, coaching, leadership development and team building experience, I have been a FiTOUR Protrainer since 2005.  I hold a Master's Degree in Business, and am  Agile SAFe Scrum Master Certified, an owner of a local apiary business with a passion for training and development with a proven success record.     
I served as the 2019-2021 Indiana State Director for the American Canoe  Association (ACA), promoting education in paddle sports. I served as an AFAA Examiner from 2005 to 2012.
My fitness background included group instruction in bootcamp, indoor cycle, water aerobics, senior fitness, TRX, yoga, pilates, core conditioning, personal training,  and providing live workshops to assist and mentor other fitness professionals through their own fitness certification process. My heart lies with post-menopausal women's fitness as well as the "new to fitness" or "obese" populations.  Let's succeed together!
