FiTOUR® Supports The Tanner Foundation on Giving Tuesday

On Giving Tuesday, FiTOUR® will donate 100% of their sales to The Tanner Foundation, a
nonprofit devoted to providing educational opportunities to persons with Parkinson's Disease,
Multiple Sclerosis and ALS, caregivers, and health-care workers.

The Tanner Center was founded in 2003 by Drs. Emily and John Riser. Dr. Emily and her
husband Dr. John both work tirelessly to make the world a better place for individuals with MS,
Parkinson’s, and ALS and their families.

My husband and I met Dr. Emily after I was diagnosed with MS in 2011. The compassion and
care Dr. Emily and her staff provided in the initial days of navigating my diagnosis of MS
provided great comfort to us, and gave us the confidence to know that everything was going to
be, as Dr. Emily put it, "all right".

In addition to knowing Dr. Emily as my neurologist, from 2015-2020, I had the opportunity to
work with her on a research project through University of Alabama, Birmingham and The
Lakeshore Collaborative. The research compared facility-based and virtual-based adaptive
exercise for individuals with MS. The findings of the research were ground-breaking and played
a huge role on individuals with MS continuing to exercise virtually at home during the pandemic.

The funds raised through your purchase of FiTOUR educational products on Giving Tuesday
will help bring awareness to these incurable neurological diseases and will also fund more
ground-breaking research.

Without a cure, there is no hope for individuals with these diseases. Funding for research
provides hope that one day there will be a cure.

On behalf of myself and others with these incurable neurological diseases, thank you to FiTOUR
for your support of The Tanner Foundation on Giving Tuesday 2023.

Sincerely,
Dolly Stokes
