This course provided a lot of valuable information and insight into foam rolling for myofascial release. It helped me understand better the importance of foam rolling and also provided a lot of practical information and exercises I can do for myself and with my clients.

I studied the review and I felt it covered most of what was on the test fairly well. The test covered the concepts which are important for any group instructor to know and utilize.

There are no surprises in this certification. Everything is easy to follow and it is very handy to have the materials next to you while taking the exam. Specifically, the exam follows the order of the lessons, there is no jumping around -- there is a natural progression.

I have took Several Fitness Certifications that were overpriced and sometimes filled with too much extra information that Group Fitness Instructors don’t need to know as in depth to be effective. I like that the Group Fitness Course and Video Teaching was explained well to help you retain the information. I recommend Fitour!

The study materials included in in my initial certification were so in depth. The videos were amazing. The reiterations made it so easy.

I was previously certified my another Nationally Recognized Water Fitness Certification company. I found this to be much more helpful because of the great video presentation of the materials and exercise demonstrations. I fell that this course will enhance my teaching.

I love the simplicity of the study material, that it's straight to the point. Combined with the videos, I felt very prepared for the exam and feel that I have a great foundation for how to prepare proper workouts and corresponding music. I'm looking forward to getting my Advanced certificate as well.
