Very informative and simple to follow course. Would like to see what questions I got incorrect on the test. This would help with correcting one's understanding of the material.

Thorough information but somewhat dated in a few areas. I would like to see more emphasis on resistance training.

Not a bad course, but was really wanting the different moves explained like they were in the Aqua Fit course. I am a Yoga Therapist trying to expand my mindset and I have no idea what some of the Hi/Lo Aerobics are and didn't see a class.

It was an INTERESTING experience to take it twice? Your type of TEST at the Beginning of the video is wrong - 125 M/C TEST? I know I will use this in FL next spring, summer, and Fall at Sports Comp and in VA 2024 next spring, summer & fall at Lancerlot.

Watch for spellings. One answer was 1.5 vs. 1-5 for weights. Very thorough and relevant questions.

This was a really good course. I did find a couple mistakes in the exam and the wording of some questions was odd. It referred to macrominerals as micro and the term monounsaturated was spelled monosaturated twice. I did live all the detailed information!
