Really enjoyed the course.

Would be helpful to have a "set routine" to follow on the video. Something to get me started in instructing.

Debbie Jo was great, very motivating, very enthusiastic

Having been an outdoor cyclist now for 22 years, I disagree with utlizing hand position 3 while seated for this reason: size of rider (tall/short) and overall oxygen supply cut off. As well, I ride with elite racers and athletes and can tell you I have never witnessed anyone at 145 rpms. Can't imagine that. Does this really happen?

Each fittour certification was very good on all the ones I've taken. So I want to respond very positively to the pilates, personal trainer, group exercise as well as the yoga certifications. I am looking forward to completing the two I have and the hop to do more courses. thank you cynthia thatcher

This doesn't have a lot of fluff to the certification. All of it is usable and enough to get you started or keep you going.

Thank you for your patience. This is a great way to continue on our journey to fitness here in Indian Country. I am greatful to Lita Pepion for her dedication and perserverance working across Indian Country to help us to get movement back in our lives. Seeds of information have sparked personal dedication to our own health and fitness, we plan to exercise together in a team approach - together we can do this. Thanks

I thought the test would be stressful, but it was not!

I thought this was going to be a difficult test and it was not at all. I studied a lot and knew the answers right away! It took less than an hour to complete all 100 questions!

Thorough information but somewhat dated in a few areas. I would like to see more emphasis on resistance training.

Not a bad course, but was really wanting the different moves explained like they were in the Aqua Fit course. I am a Yoga Therapist trying to expand my mindset and I have no idea what some of the Hi/Lo Aerobics are and didn't see a class.

Good recap, but two questions on the exam need to be fixed--one repeat, and one doesn't have correct answer listed.

Watch for spellings. One answer was 1.5 vs. 1-5 for weights. Very thorough and relevant questions.

Pretty difficult questions, not all material was presented in training and questions were towards medical field rather then aquatic field.
