Excellent course for self-myofascial release. Introductory course but very thorough. Topics covered include benefits of foam rolling, general overview of muscles and posture, trigger points and types of foam rollers.
Used this course to start a foam rolling and stretching class at my facility. Love the body awareness activities and use them as warm-ups in class. Provides lots of exercises to use and many tips on how to make the exercises more effective, plus variations.

This certification provided pertinent information about foam rolling, fascia, myofascial release, body alignment and the body's muscles. It explained muscles, trigger points and body awareness and why foam rolling should be an important part of our self care. I found the information presented to be useful, relevant, easy to follow and well organized.
Exam challenged, but taking time helped me pass.

This was great for me. I took a while to do the exam because I looked at 100 questions and my spotty internet I was worried it would fail me and I would lose the test. All was well and I had to make sure I did not over read or skip read the questions. THANKS

The material is current and up to date. Pictures and information are easy to follow and understand. Even if you are refreshing your knowledge as a veteran instructor,m or starting with the basics, the material will meet your needs to help you be more confident and comfortable with your skills. Modifications are usually one of the hardest skills to acquire but the FiTour Pilates material will help you be more confident is helping your clients work at his/her own level.
