I am so happy I choose FITOUR as my Primary Indoor Cycling Certification course! The material was clear and easy to comprehend and visualize. The book, and the virtual class experience was very helpful and cohesive. I would recommend this course to any new, and aspiring instructor! Thank you for this course of study...now I need to put my indoor cycling class together!

Great Online Course

This course was convenient, user-friendly, informative and the right amount of difficulty. I am at the beginning of my journey as an Indoor Cycling Instructor so I didn't need to spend a lot of money on a fancy course. This was priced right and very comprehensive!

I have always held the Spinning certification, as well as others, but find that paying four times the amount isn't necessary. I'm so excited to have this certification and -- oh, the irony -- believe this program was more informative (overall) and the videos were great. Thanks! Especially during these hard times, finding a quality certification at such a great price is a gift -- to me! Thanks!

This self myo-fascial release course has given me a clear and basic intro to this type of fitness activity and its benefits. I am able to practice foam rolling with more confidence as I train myself and prepare to teach others. I have a better understanding of the fascial network and how it can restrict movement, cause pain and contribute to poor posture, as well as the positive outcome from releasing its bounded webs and trigger points. Also included important information on how to prevent injury while performing self myofascial release. Highly recommend this course.

Once you get past the presenters southern drawl there's some really great material in this course. Very well laid out and great videos. Excellent review of anatomy. Everything you know to safely bring myofascial release to your clients.

I have been taking and practicing Hatha Yoga for 15 years. I have wanted to become an instructed for a while to be able to give other people the knowledge that I have gained through yoga. Now I will be able to do exactly that. Thank you Fitour for making this an enjoyable experience.

I have been teaching aqua classes for nearly 6 years and wish I would have taken this class earlier instead of piecing together other formats. This class includes everything you need to know from body mechanics, to class design and also how to vary your routine based on your population. I will review this material again.

This course was very well put together. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who has taught step for at least 15 years; it was nice to be able to take this course online with such in-depth information. There were a few terms I had never heard regarding step and never even thought about the position of my hands during the movements. Very well done and I would recommend this online course to any experienced instructor.
