I loved this course. By taking this I was able to better understand why foam rolling is important. I now know the difference between the kinds of rollers and when to use certain ones. I feel confident in explaining to my clients the importance of foam rolling.

I have been a CPT for 11 years and a professional athlete for over 20. I am retired from sports and just teach now. I am and always have been a firm believer in foam rolling and myofascial release. This course was very informative even for me.

There was adequate time to complete the exam and most of the questions were straight-forward (no trick questions but did require attention to detail). The exam in itself was a full review and covered extensive material.

This was my first time renewing my FiTour Group Fitness Instructor certification. The process was easy to follow, the study materials from the original test were all I needed, and the 25 questions were very relevant. I studied the review and I felt it covered most of what was on the test fairly well. The test covered the concepts which are important for any group instructor to know and utilize.

There are no surprises in this certification. Everything is easy to follow and it is very handy to have the materials next to you while taking the exam. Specifically, the exam follows the order of the lessons, there is no jumping around -- there is a natural progression.

I love the simplicity of the study material, that it's straight to the point. Combined with the videos, I felt very prepared for the exam and feel that I have a great foundation for how to prepare proper workouts and corresponding music. I'm looking forward to getting my Advanced certificate as well.
