This course was not at all what I expected. I learned valuable information while not over loading myself. This is great if you're looking to be a trainer or to just be more informed for your own health.

The book, and the video combine explain a lot. And if you really study , you sure will learn a lot. But I also recommend that you keep get more and more continuing education, besides this certification.
