Barre Certification ADVANCED

I believe there were two typos. For duration of stretches manual says 15-30 seconds and also says 20 sec, so which is correct? The class format states WU, HIIT, upper body, lower body, core, & total body stretch. But the test does not give those options.

The primary personal training course is very to the point, well executed and informative. The test was fair and adequate time was given. I have had 2 other trainer certifications in the past ( both expired) and I will say this was one of the best

Comprehensive and informative material that cover kickboxing instruction from basic to advanced. I appreciate Dolly's knowledge and overview of all aspects of physical coaching. I turn to Fitour for CEU credits as the content is relevant and fun!
