Kiley Schwedhelm

 Kiley is currently the Health & Fitness Coordinator at The Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Omaha, NE. She received her Bachelors Degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from South Dakota State University, where she also played softball for the Jackrabbits.  After college Kiley continued to share her knowledge and love for the game of softball as a coach for Omaha North High School and  still gives fastpitch pitching lessons during the winter months.  Kiley recently received her Masters Degree in Health Promotion Management from Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha.  She teaches a variety of group fitness classes for seniors, adults, and teens including Turbo Kick, Zumba, Hip Hop Hustle, Bootcamp, Silversneakers, cycle, and Stability Ball/BOSU ball.  She currently serves as the head facilitator for Healthy Home Project, which involves 5-6 families ages ranging from 10 months- 63 years old and teach behavioral modification, physical activity and nutrition.  Kiley is also certified to teach Living Well, which is an educational course for individuals dealing with a chronic disease or an individual that is taking care of an individual with a chronic disease. 

Kiley loves meeting and getting to know new people and sharing her passion for health and fitness.

She believes that, “There is no greater feeling than accomplishing something that you thought was impossible”.

Hobbies: Running, Biking, Kayak polo, movies, playing with her dog Emma, and spending time with family and friends
