Class Description
FiTOUR® brings to you Medicine Ball Fitness to give your students a strong dose of resistance training and movement. The Medicine Ball Fitness workshop is designed to teach new and experienced group fitness instructors and personal trainers 69 creative exercises, using the medicine ball, that improve core strength, functional movement, muscle coordination, and reaction time. This workshop incorporates medicine ball formatted fitness programs that will develop overall strength and flexibility. You will walk away from a fun-filled workshop with a working knowledge of muscle anatomy, medicine ball technique and safety guidelines, aerobic training, and stretching guidelines. Also, you will be able to develop a specifically designed medicine ball fitness program that will "WOW" your students and clients.

CEC/CEUs Information

• This course is approved for 3.5 AFAA, and 4 AAAI/ISMA CEC/CEUs.
• This course is recognized for 3 CEC/CEUs by NDEITA, WIT, ESAT, NAFA, IWA, AEA and by several other organizations.

• ONLINE Early Bird Registration - $59 - Registrations received prior to 14 days of the certifiation workshop date

• ONLINE Late Registration - $79 - Registration is received within 14 days of the certification workshop date

• Onsite Registration - $89 - Registration is received "at the door" of the facility on the date of the workshop
