Course Description
If you work with Active Older Adults, you know that maintaining functional independence can be a primary contributor to their quality of life.  FiTOUR®’s Functional Training for Active Older Adults will explore ways you can enhance your older clients’ overall health & wellbeing through functional training.  You’ll learn exercises using equipment such as Stability Balls, Wobble Boards, Rubberized Tubing and Light Dumbbells.  You will be taught the progressive steps to take to improve your clients’ balance, functionality, muscular endurance and flexibility.  This course is designed for both the Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer.

CEC/CEUs Information
This course is recognized for 3 AFAA CEC/CEUs.

ONLINE Early Bird Registration - $59

·         ONLINE Late Registration - $79 - Registration is received online within 14 days of the event

·         Onsite Registration - $89 - Registration is received "at the door" of the facility on the date of the workshop
