Course Description
BootCamp is a “Booming” business in the fitness industry!  The Baby Boomer generation is one of the fastest growing sectors in America and is considered to have the most disposable income.  FiTOUR®’s Boomer BootCamp provides a detailed perspective on how to modify and adapt traditional BootCamp programming and exercises into a safe and effective workout for Active Older Adults who are over the age of 45.  You’ll engage in learning activities that will help you consider and develop methods to incorporate high-intensity activities with low-impact options.  You’ll also explore how to adapt and change exercises to meet your environment – whether you are training indoors or outdoors.

This course is recognized for 3 AFAA CEC/CEUs.

ONLINE Early Bird Registration - $59

·         ONLINE Late Registration - $79 - Registration is received online within 14 days of the event

·         Onsite Registration - $89 - Registration is received "at the door" of the facility on the date of the workshop
