Course Description
Get your students’ bodies moving and have them dancing their way to a strong core and sexy abs!  FiTOUR®’s ABS-olute Dance! will teach you how to use dance-inspired movement to whittle the waistline and strengthen the core.  We'll use stability balls and balance discs/wobble boards for a fun workout guaranteed to make your students sweat!

CEC/CEUs Information
This course is recognized for 3 AFAA CEC/CEUs.

ONLINE Early Bird Registration - $59

·         ONLINE Late Registration - $79 - Registration is received online within 14 days of the event

·         Onsite Registration - $89 - Registration is received "at the door" of the facility on the date of the workshop
