Workshop FAQ's and Policies
All FiTOURŪ Certification workshop
examinations will be taken online at the FiTOURŪ Exam Center within four weeks
of the workshop date.
- Early Bird registration must be submitted 14 days prior to the workshop
date.
- Cancellation Policy: NO REFUNDS! FiTOUR® vouchers will be issued to
participants unable to attend. A request in writing for a voucher must be
submitted to FiTOUR®. A $25.00 fee will be deducted from the original
registration amount.
- Workshops are non-transferable.
- 10% discount on FiTOUR® Workshop fees for groups of six or more. All
registration forms and payments must be submitted together. Contact clara@fitour.com
for more information.
- No written confirmations will be sent. If a written confirmation or charge
receipt is required, please send a self addressed stamped envelope to FiTOUR®
along with your request.
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the workshop for on-site registration.
- Breaks are provided at FiTOUR® workshops.
- Water and a towel are recommended.
- Please bring your own sack lunch or snack.
- Childcare is not provided at FiTOUR® workshops.
- CEC/CEU certificates will be sent following the FiTOUR® workshop. Please
allow 15 business days for your official certificate to arrive via mail.
- There will be a $10 charge for replacement certificates. Please contact
us via email at Support@FiTOUR.com to request a replacement certificate.

at FiTOUR® workshops.
- Please remember to bring a pen to the workshop.
- FiTOUR® workshops are recognized by several organizations. Contact your
certifying body for specific regulations.
