Easy DVD to follow along to.

I liked the ability to study the material at my pace and also follow along with the DVD. My only recommendation would be to include maybe a sample first time with a client to get a sense of what it would really be like.

I love FITOUR!!!!!!

This is really fantastic. I Love the dvd classes. It's like you are following a live class. Great! You directly ask a question, but that isn't necessary. Everything is very clear.
