What an empowering process to experience the Pilates Mat Cert Course. Jennifer S. mastered our classroom with poise, intelligence, strength and wisdom. A great mix of classmates included college athletes, second career choice moms and mature women. Missouri State U hosted a great workout room for class. Passed test with flying colors. A few questions were ambiguous compared to the manual. I think better questions could be asked of certain topics to better test knowledge.
Enjoyed course and it didn't take too long
I've been doing Pilates for years, but still learned some interesting things in this course. The video was nicely done, and the book was good too. A very good value!
