*Please note that the following format is a general format outline for a workshop scheduled from 9am-5pm.
If you are registered for a workshop that is scheduled at an alternate time (i.e. 8am-4pm; 12pm-8pm), the format will be the same but the times will be consistent with the scheduled time of that particular workshop.

• 9:00am-10:00am Introduction; Origin and History
• 10:00am-12:00pm Components, Types, Methods
• 12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch on own
• 1:00pm-2:00pm Tips and Safety Guidelines
• 2:00pm-4:00pm Combinations
• 4:00pm-4:15pm Questions/Review
• 4:15pm-5pm Practical Examination (Written examination are to be completed online within 90 days after completion of the workshop. Please visit the Exam Center at www.FiTOUR.com to complete the examination.)
